- Project & Architectural Specifications: Site dimensions, floor plans, design preferences, budget allocations, material choices, and consultation notes provided during onboarding or initial project briefing.
- Financial & Payment Transaction Data: Payment milestone records, transaction reference IDs, invoice details, payment dates, and payment modes (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card).
- Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL, pages visited, and duration of visit collected via automated server logs and web analytics.
Payment Gateway Processing (Razorpay)
To ensure seamless, encrypted, and convenient payment collection for retainers, design stage approvals, and turnkey execution milestones, ArchDesign integrates digital payment facilities on its platform. All online transactions, invoice payments, and retainer deposits initiated on ArchDesign are facilitated securely through Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay").
When processing payments via Razorpay, the following terms and data handling procedures apply:
- Zero Financial Credential Storage: ArchDesign does not store, process, or transmit your credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI PINs on our servers.
- End-to-End Encryption & PCI-DSS Compliance: All payment inputs are entered directly into Razorpay’s 256-bit SSL encrypted and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant secure payment portal.
- Data Shared with Razorpay: When initiating a payment, basic contact information (Name, Email, Phone Number, Invoice Amount, and Transaction Notes) is shared with Razorpay solely for transaction processing and verification.
- Razorpay Privacy Terms: Interactions with Razorpay’s gateway are governed by Razorpay's independent Privacy Policy, available at https://razorpay.com/privacy/.
Upon successful completion of a transaction via Razorpay, ArchDesign receives an automated payment confirmation containing the transaction ID, paid amount, timestamp, and status. This data is utilized solely for issuing formal tax invoices, updating project payment milestones, and financial bookkeeping.

ArchDesign uses personal information strictly for legitimate professional and contractual purposes, including:
Service Execution
To conduct site measurements, prepare CAD drawings, 3D renderings, bill of quantities (BOQ), and execute interior works.
Billing & Payment Settlement
To issue proforma invoices, verify payment receipts through Razorpay, track project stage payments, and fulfill statutory tax duties.
Client Communication
To send project status updates, schedule site visits, respond to inquiries, and deliver after-sales warranty service support.
Legal & Statutory Compliance
To maintain audit records, comply with GST regulations, resolve disputes, and uphold contractual commitments.
Information Disclosure & Sharing
Strict Non-Sale Guarantee: ArchDesign does not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal data or project details to third-party marketing companies under any circumstances.
We may share essential information only under the following strict conditions:
- Authorized Subcontractors & Consultants: Structural engineers, HVAC specialists, MEP consultants, or site execution supervisors who require project details under non-disclosure obligations.
- Financial Infrastructure Partners: Razorpay Software Private Limited for payment clearance, banking gateways, and automated invoice processing.
- Statutory Authorities: Income Tax Department, GST authorities, municipal bodies (PMMC/PMC), or law enforcement agencies when mandated by valid legal process or court orders in India.
Data Protection & Retention
We employ robust technological and managerial safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption for data transmission.
Data Retention: We retain personal identifiers and project records for the duration of your project engagement, and subsequently for a period required to fulfill our 10-Year After-Sales Service Commitment, warranty claims, tax audits, and statutory recordkeeping under Indian law.
